Since we started the business in 2000, we have developed our extensive outdoor catering production kitchens in Redditch, to provide you with the very best food available.
We are proud to have been caterers for Royal visits by Prince Charles to Whitley Court and have been nominated approved caterers with English Heritage at Whitley Court, Kenilworth Castle, Goodrich Castle and the High Sheriff of the West Midlands. Our outside catering experience includes catering at the Guild Hall in London, major International Air Shows in Paris and Germany, and the Commonwealth Games in Scotland.
The success of Morgans is that it is a professional family business.
Karen works alongside Anthony to provide the all important business administration that is required in any successful organisation, which includes anything from managing the accounts, checking the detail of events and final meetings with couples... leaving Chef Anthony to prepare and cook the perfect food for your big day and co-ordinate all the specially trained staff that they have developed over the years.

Anthony spent his earlier career working in the kitchens of some of London's finest hotels including The Grosvenor House Hotel in Park Lane, The Westbury Hotel, The Cafe Royal and Brown's Hotel before venturing further afield to Lyon in France to work at Paul Bocouse's 3-star Michelin Restaurant and then later at the Gaston Le Notre School of Excellence, just outside Paris.

Karen also spent her earlier years at the 5-star Grosvenor House Hotel in Park Lane for 3 years before returning back to the Midlands to specialise in desserts. She has worked at Sloane's in Edgbaston, the Metropole, The NEC and then The Lombard Room Kings Norton, before side-stepping into the Hotel for Office, reception and administration.
Karen is Coordinator of the Morgans Catering business, dealing with enquiries and administration of the events right through from start to finish, ensuring that the journey each client has with them is smooth and without a hitch.
